Products
Four product lines and two compounding services. Whether you need color, smoother processing, or finished colored resin delivered ready to run, there is a pellet for it here.
彩色色母
Color Masterbatch
Pigments pre-dispersed at high loading in a carrier resin and cut into pellets. Blend it into natural resin at a set ratio and the product takes on its color.
The pigment is first dispersed thoroughly in the carrier resin and then pelletized. In processing, the masterbatch is blended into natural resin at a set ratio and injection molded, blow molded or blown into film together.
The brand color of a lubricant bottle, the candy shades of a food lid, the base tint of a packaging film: this is how they are made.
- Matched to your sample
- Colors can be matched to a color sample, a color-chart number or a physical part.
- Pre-dispersed
- The pigment is already dispersed, so specks and streaks are less likely in the finished part.
- Clean and easy
- Pellet form with no dust; easy to weigh and to dose automatically.

黑白色母
Black & White Masterbatch
The two highest-volume masterbatches: black is judged on jetness and dispersion, white on whiteness and opacity.
Black masterbatch is colored with carbon black, white masterbatch with titanium dioxide. Both are used on their own for black and white products, and often serve as the base for shading alongside color masterbatch.
- Black
- Jetness, tinting strength and dispersion matter most; common in pails and film.
- White
- Whiteness and opacity matter most; common in food lids, cups and milky-white film.

功能母粒
Functional Masterbatch
Processing aids and functional additives in masterbatch form. Without changing equipment, they improve how a product runs or how its surface performs.
Functional masterbatch is not about color. It is about how well a product runs and how well it performs. For the film industry, Hualilong supplies three types: PPA, antistatic, and slip & anti-block.
-
Processing aid
PPA masterbatch
Reduces melt fracture (“sharkskin”) in film extrusion and cuts die build-up, for a smoother film surface.
-
Surface properties
Antistatic masterbatch
Lowers surface resistivity, reducing the dust pick-up and clinging caused by static.
-
Surface properties
Slip & anti-block masterbatch
Lowers the film’s coefficient of friction and keeps layers from sticking together, for easier opening, winding and downstream converting.

Specialty Resins
Specialty resins for products with special performance requirements, selected together with the coloring and compounding plan.
Besides masterbatch, Hualilong also supplies specialty resins. When a commodity grade cannot meet a product’s requirements, resin selection can be considered together with coloring and modification.
- One selection
- Resin, color and additives are considered in one formula, with less trial and error.
改性造粒
Custom Compounding
Formulations tuned to a product’s performance targets: resin, fillers and additives are melt-blended and pelletized into compounds that are ready to process.
Compounding answers the case where a commodity resin falls short: blending adjusts stiffness, toughness, flow and other properties, and the compound is supplied as pellets. The formulation is set by the product and the molding process.
- Formulated to need
- We work back from the product’s service requirements and the molding process to the formulation.
染色造粒
Pre-colored Compounds
Color built into the whole batch: it arrives as finished colored resin, ready to run, with no masterbatch to blend.
In pre-colored compounding, resin and colorant are extruded and pelletized in one pass. Compared with dosing masterbatch at the machine, it removes the blending step and gives more consistent color within a batch. It suits fixed colors, large volumes, or equipment with limited mixing capability.
- Ready to run
- No weighing or blending; it goes straight into the machine.
- Consistent color
- The whole batch is colored at once, so color variation within the batch is smaller.
Selection Guide
Not sure which one? Start from the need
One product often takes several materials working together. If in doubt, tell us about the part and the process and we will choose together.
-
Coloring products in many colors and flexible lot sizes
-
Black or white products, or a base for color shades
-
Film extrusion runs rough, with “sharkskin” on the surface
-
Film blocks and is hard to open and wind
-
Static builds up and products attract dust
-
A fixed color in large volume, with no blending on site
-
A commodity resin cannot meet the product’s requirements
Can’t find the exact pellet you need?
Most masterbatches and compounds are made to order. Tell us the base resin, the process and the result you want, and we will formulate it.
